Preparation:

Scoop a small amount of cleansing balm (approximately a pea-sized amount) with clean, dry fingers

Place the balm in the palm of one hand

Multiplication:

Rub palms together to warm the balm between your hands

As the balm warms, it will transform from a solid to a luxurious oil

Continue rubbing between palms for 5-10 seconds to multiply and activate the oils

You'll notice the balm expand slightly as it warms and its therapeutic properties are released

Application:

Apply the warmed, multiplied oil to dry face using gentle circular motions

Focus on areas with makeup, sunscreen, or excess oil

Use light pressure to massage the oil into skin, allowing it to dissolve impurities

Continue massaging for 30-60 seconds to break down makeup and daily buildup

Removal:

Wet your hands with warm water and continue massaging in circular motions

As you massage with wet hands, the oil will begin to emulsify, turning milky

Continue adding small amounts of water while massaging to fully emulsify the cleanser

Rinse face thoroughly with warm water until skin feels clean and soft

Pat dry with a clean towel

Tips:

The multiplication step activates the balm's properties and improves its cleansing effectiveness

For waterproof makeup, multiply the balm longer for a richer oil consistency

The milky appearance during emulsification indicates the cleanser is properly breaking down
